I am dating a 1stSgt and lately I have been less than super scheduled with my workouts, well needless to say I have put on about 6 pounds in the past 3 months, 1stSgt didn’t say anything but I know he noticed.
I want to get a break down of daily PT so I can get up to his level. I have asked him for it but he just tells me this or that, I need specific goals.
Like 6 min mile for 3 miles, or 89 pushups in a min, stuff like that.
So any charts would be great, or workout plans. THANKS!!
