Early Morning Fitness Boot Camp run regularly along the Beautiful beaches Poole has to offer. The next &#8216;Early Morning Boot Camp&#8217; starts on Monday 27 June &#8212; Friday 1 Jly it starts at 6.30 am on Monday morning and lasts for one hour. On Fridays the Fitness Boot Camp in Poole, Dorset starts at the slightly earlier time of 6.15am. These sessions have been running since June 2010, with a growing client base, seeing many of the same faces each month. All sessions are fun, varied and balanced, ensuring all energy systems are utilised giving all participants the maximum benefit whatever their goal. There are regular gym members that attend each month and find it adds great variety to their gym sessions with great ideas that can be replicated in the gym. Mark is an expert in making the sessions not only fun and enjoyable but also manages to get one more exercise out of the client, whatever their level. Below is a sample week with some of the many sessions that may be included &#8212; however no &#8216;Early Morning Boot Camp&#8217; is ever the same! But everywhere I go, people say that a good SEAL candidate would be between 5&#8217;10&#8221; and 6&#8217;2&#8221; and between 110 and 190 pounds. I&#8217;m 15 and I&#8217;m 5&#8217;10 and 180 pounds. Chances are I&#8217;ll be bigger than a &#8220;good&#8221; candidate. I think i have the mentality to make it, but i don&#8217;t really know, it would be nice if some former SEALs or a SEAL that  is still in service would answer, especially if you were or are my size or bigger.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I&#8217;ve heard about &#8220;amansala&#8221;. It&#8217;s a Bikini Body Boot Camp in Mexico. You live there for 2 to 4 weeks (can&#8217;t remember exactly how long). They provide meals, lodging &#038; 5 hours of various fitness per day (cardio, strength training, swimming&#8230;etc). BUT I absolutely do not want to go to Mexico.<br />
Does any one know of a similar program in Hawaii?<br />
The only fitness boot camps I&#8217;m finding are 1hr, everyday classes&#8230;.not boot camps or retreats.</p>

<p>I want to get a break down of daily PT so I can get up to his level. I have asked him for it but he just tells me this or that, I need specific goals. </p>
<p>Like 6 min mile for 3 miles, or 89 pushups in a min, stuff like that. </p>
<p>So any charts would be great, or workout plans. THANKS!!</p>

The student will strive for ultimate fitness through a program of cardiovascular exercise including circuit and intervals, balance, agility, speed, strength, and flexibility training both indoors and outdoors. Strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and body composition assessments will occur throughout the term.</p>
