Every facet of our lives have become more efficient, from work to the home but all at the cost of our bodies. Why hike half a mile to the store when we can drive? Working Out Reduces Diseases Our bodies are designed to move — they actually demand exercise. Frequent exercise is required for physical fitness and good health. It cuts down on potential risk of heart disease, cancer, high blood pressure levels, diabetic issues along with other diseases. It will improve your appearance and delay the aging process. Working Out Enhances Energy Any time you exercise, your bodies use energy to keep going. Cardio workouts involve continuous and rhythmic physical activity, for example walking and bicycling. It increases your stamina by training yourself to become more efficient and utilize much less energy for the same amount of work. As the conditioning level improves, your heartrate and respiration rate return to resting levels a lot quicker from strenuous activity.
