When I go to the gym, there is a sign near the Natilus weight machines that says the circuit starts here. Then there are 13 machines. I use all of them everyday for different body parts. If I am running the cirucuit, is that cardio?

Do the 3 exercises (jump back push-ups – swimming – mountain climbers) in the first phase, take a short break (or not) and then do the 2nd with different variations.
