Early Morning Fitness Boot Camp run regularly along the Beautiful beaches Poole has to offer. The next ‘Early Morning Boot Camp’ starts on Monday 27 June — Friday 1 Jly it starts at 6.30 am on Monday morning and lasts for one hour. On Fridays the Fitness Boot Camp in Poole, Dorset starts at the slightly earlier time of 6.15am. These sessions have been running since June 2010, with a growing client base, seeing many of the same faces each month. All sessions are fun, varied and balanced, ensuring all energy systems are utilised giving all participants the maximum benefit whatever their goal. There are regular gym members that attend each month and find it adds great variety to their gym sessions with great ideas that can be replicated in the gym. Mark is an expert in making the sessions not only fun and enjoyable but also manages to get one more exercise out of the client, whatever their level.
