Hello my name is john. I am currently 15 years old and i am very active in sports. When i am about 25 i am going to join the navy seals. I was just wondering if you could give me a list of all of the workouts and what you do for training so i can be ready as soon as i am out of high school. You dont have to tell me all the requirements to be in the navy seals if you dont want to because i know them all but you can if you want. All i really want is to have the exercises, workouts, and training that you did when you were in the navy seals.
PS: helpful if i could get some websites for the workouts and training.
